1. No Return Policy
Sit-ul-Banat does not accept product returns under any circumstances. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be refunded or returned. We encourage customers to review size charts, product details, and descriptions carefully before placing an order.
2. Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase for items that meet the following conditions:
The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
All original tags and packaging are intact.
The item is not damaged, stained, or altered in any way.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.
If these conditions are not met, Sit-ul-Banat reserves the right to refuse an exchange.
Include your order number, item name, and reason for exchange.
Our team will review your request and provide the return address for sending the product back.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm your exchange and ship the replacement (based on availability).
Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us. Sit-ul-Banat will cover the delivery of the exchanged item back to you.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Attach clear pictures of the product and your order details. Our team will review and replace it as soon as possible.
6. Product Availability
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product or size is unavailable, customers may select another item of equal value.
