1. Shipping Across Pakistan
Sit-ul-Banat delivers to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Whether you’re in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or anywhere nationwide — we’ll make sure your order arrives safely.
2. Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 working days after confirmation.
Seasonal Delays: During peak seasons or sales, delivery times may extend slightly due to high order volume.
Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000.
Standard Fee: For orders below Rs. 5,000, a small shipping charge will be applied at checkout (based on your city and courier service).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this number to track your parcel through our courier partner’s website until it reaches your doorstep.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery as a convenient payment option for customers across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact payment amount available upon delivery, as courier riders may not carry change.
6. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to reach you after two delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. For redelivery, additional shipping costs may apply.
7. Order Verification
For security and to prevent fraudulent orders, our team may contact you via phone or email before dispatch. Orders not verified within 48 hours may be automatically cancelled.
8. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery at situlbanat@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the issue. We’ll assist you promptly.
9. International Shipping
At the moment, Sit-ul-Banat only delivers within Pakistan. International shipping will be announced soon.
